Welcome to Mr. Ideus's Homepage
Hello, I am Ben Ideus and I teach Special Education at Johnson-Brock High School. I am looking forward to being a teacher here at Johnson-Brock. Besides teaching, I also do some coaching. I will be doing some coaching in high school football, middle school basketball, and high school track. I really enjoy watching the athletes improve throughout the season.
I graduated High School in 2002 from Lewiston Consolidated Schools in Lewiston. Nebraska. After graduation I attended college at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. My stay here was short. After the first year I decided to transfer to the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. This is when I decided to go into education. I received my B.A. in Secondary Special Education in December 2006 and a Masters from Peru State in the Spring of 2011. After graduation from UNL, I was offered a job at Auburn. I taught and coached in Auburn for ten years before I took a job in Johnson.
